What’s In My Trash? August 2019

Well this month has been better but I am so sad summers at an end. 🙁 I thought I was using up a ton this month but it turns out I really didn’t which is kinda unfortunate. I did use up alot of lip balms and hair products for me so that feel slike a big accomplishment so maybe that is why it felt like so much.

NuFace Prep-n-Glow Dual Sided Cloth I have gone on and on about these I love them and I save them for a special treat because they are pricey.

Repurchase: Yes

Blaq Mask I liked this my skin felt really soft after I got two uses out of this little tube. I don’t feel like the ingredients in this are the greatest for skin so I would not repurchase.

Repurchase: No

Garnier Skinactive Refreshing Remover Face Wipes I like these face wipes a lot I will probably repurchase they are soft enough I would like softer ones but I don’t know it that is realistic. I don’t find these are harsh or drying or irritating as a lot of wipes are.

Wander Beauty Baggage Claim Gold Eye Mask I thought these would be totally gimmicky but they actually really worked. My under eyes were looking wrecked from stress and not sleeping and I was dehydrated and so everything was all lined and dark and I looked like I had recently died and I needed to go out. So I whipped these on while I was applying my makeup just for any kinda moisture I could get and they were great. They stuck on my face really well while I did my makeup I even cheated and used them to get a really pretty wing without struggling because the seal on my face was that good. When I took them off my under eyes were so much more hydrated and less lined and felt softer and better. The dark circles were lessened but not totally taken away which makes sense that’s internal and external treatments can only have so much effect.

Clinique Smart Custom-Repair Eye Treatment I hated this I felt like it did nothing it wasn’t moisturizing enough it did nothing positive for my under eyes.

Repurchase: No

Lancome Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover this was totally great too my eye makeup off easily didn’t sting it was great and identical to the Sephora Bi-phase eye makeup remove that I have used for years. The Sephora one is half the price and is identical and I love it. So while this was great did everything it claimed save your money and get the Sephora one.

Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion uh this might be the best sunscreen I have ever used. It is matte and nice feeling on it doesn’t feel sticky or weird it doesn’t make my skin look a weird color. I wish it wasn’t so expensive.

Urban Decay Quick Hydra-Charged Fix Complexion Prep Priming Spray I got this with Sephora Points and I loved it so so much it made my skin feel so hydrated and soothed and I loved every minute of using it but it is so expensive for a facial mist. I really have to think about if I would want to spend that.

Victoria Secret Pink Body Mist in Citrus & Mint I mostly used this as a car air freshener and I really enjoyed the light minty smell. I don’t think this is sold any more they change the scents so frequently and this is so old.

Columbia Candle Supply Bubblegum Wax Melt not my favorite scent and not a great throw.

Swan Creek Candle Company Break Apart Drizzle Melt in Cherry Almond Buttercream these are my favorite brand of wax melts they have such a good throw and some really amazingly yummy and unique scents. This smells like a warm cherry icing but not sweet the almond really cuts the sweetness and the fruitiness so it is a very warm yum scent. I found and won all mine at an arcade and they are a whole selling website so a bit of a pain to buy from but I recently found a store that sells then so I can buy more in the future.

Air Wick 4 in 1 Air Freshener in Fresh Waters this was meh I like other scents more than this one.

Fortune Cookie Soap Company Almost Alice Fortune Cookie Soap this was ok it smelled nice but at the end it sorta lost its scent. It takes so long to use up a bar of soap I get really really bored with them.

Laniege Lip Sleeping Mask in Grapefruit this was nice like really nice but not nearly as life changing as every youtuber says it is. Like it don’t think it is worth the money there are much cheaper balms that feel just as nice. The nicest part about it was that it was quite thick (because it is a mask) that it would really cling and stay on my lips for a while and sink in. I got a gift set of this so I have a good supply of this in a few flavors to last me.

Repurchase: Probably not

Softlips Tropical Lip Balm in Peach. These tropical ones were ultra soft so it felt like they melted on to my lips which I like but it means you go through these so fast. I used the Coconut one from last month in like 2 weeks or a little less. This I had in my car and maybe got 6 weeks of off and on use. So these are not a good value I feel. This also smelled really artificial compared to the scent of the Coconut one that I really enjoyed.

Fresh Sugar Rose Tinted Lip Treatment I have a weird relationship which these I don’t like them but they feel nice but I don’t think they do much for my lips. I find the tinted ones to be really patchy and gross looking on my lips and to wear off weird. But they keep turning up in packs and in my subscription boxes so I just try to get through them. They are also so freaking soft that they melt and break and get messy as you are using them.

Sol de Janiero Brazilian Kiss Cupuacu Lip Butter this kills me beacause this is a fucking $18 lip balm and no lip balm has the right to be $18 dollars. This smells like delicious heaven though it is so coconutty and a amazing and is so thick and soft and nice feeling on my lips. I wish the lotion smelled like the lip balm.

Repurchase: I don’t know

Carmex Medicated Lip Balm pretty much my favorite drugstore lip balm I love the menthol tingle and the really thick feeling on my lips when they are chapped. I only like it in this chapstick form though not the pot or squeezy tube.

Bath and Body Works Body Butter in Vanilla Bean Noel I do like the Bath and Body Works Body Butters they are thick and moisturizing (not as much as a fancy body butter though) they smell nice too. This was the typical vanilla scent from Christmas. I don’t think this is worth the full price at almost $20 just wait for the 75% off sale that is how I got my back up one.

Givenchy Dahlia Divin Perfume I love Dahlia Divin I have a full size version and these samples are good for keeping in the car or your purse since there is no chance they can leak. Even though perfume in a foil packet it pretty awkward to apply.

Haircare (4)

Dry Bar Triple Sec 3-In-1 Texture Spray I like pretty much everything I have ever tried from the Dry Bar line. They all smell good and leave my hair feeling soft and hair like rather than stiff and gross. I don’t have a ton of use for texturizing spray in my routine like it legit took me 3 years to use this tiny can. SO for that reason only I wouldn’t buy it but it is great.

Repurchase: No

Keracolor Color Care Conditioner in Hot Pink I used this to try to keep up with the color in my hair it did work but it was hard to get an even application since it was so thick and so the color was still kinda uneven. If you are looking for like a glaze this might work out or if you have like only one or two really chunky strips of hair to dye. The conditioning part of this was great though it was a really nice hair conditioner.

dp Hue ACV Hair Rinse this smelled like apple cider vinegar which I love but if you don’t, don’t get this. This was like a rinse to get product build up off your scalp I guess. It was ok I think it worked it was kinda hard to tell.

Madam CJ Walker Scent & Shine Coconut Oil they don’t sell this anymore and I am not surprised because it was not good it was really greasy looking in my hair and it smelled like fake coconut in a bad way.

Random (3)

Elf Flat Foundation Brush this served me well a brush to apply my mask but it is not falling apart after like 2 or 3 years of use which is very serviceable for the $1 this brush cost.

Pacifica Underarm Deodorant Wipes these are sorta touch up deodorant wipes that smelled like coconut they were super nice I kept them in my car and they held up well to all the temperature changes in a car. These worked well to touch up when I felt gross from being outside or what ever all day.

Repurchase: Maybe

Degree Motion Sense Deodorant in Fresh Energy this is my preferred deodorant even though it is expensive I like it and it works without having a strong smell. I like my deodorants to smell pleasant for like the first few minutes I have it on while I’m getting ready and then I don’t want it competing with my perfume all day.

Too Faced Hangover Rx Replenishing Face Primer (2) I tried a sample of this like 2 months ago I think and I didn’t  like it I found it to sticky and heavy for me and I was trying to pull a few things out of my primer drawer that was so over crowded and these had to go.

AOA Studio E103 Brush this was non stop shedding the whole time I was using it and it just won’t stop. Absolutely terrible.

Tarte Tarteist Lip Paint in Delish this is a pretty color but super uncomfortable to wear. It was peeling off and I could feel it on my lips all day.

Coola Mineral Sun Silk Creme Sunscreen this broke me out which a lot of sunscreeens do so it has to go it also left a heavy white cast on my face that did not want to sink in and it was thick and uncomfortable as well.

Sol de Janeiro Coco Cabana Cream (2) I love the scent of this but the lotion leave my skin so sticky and uncomfortable. I am giving these to my gf who loves them and they don’t leave her skin sticky so I will enjoy the scent vicariously through her. Not picture because they are already in their new home.

Clinique Chubby Stick Intense in 01 Curviest Caramel this is all gunky and chunk and smells a pit weird so I think it went off and needs to go. I don’t love these they are weirdly dry but still only a little more color then a tinted balm they are just kinda weird.

Sephora Velvet Eyeshadow in Creamy Green 10 this was like a weird cheap cream shadow I picked up once to get free shipping at Sephora and it was always terrible. It is a shimmery green cream shadow but the cream and the shimmer kinda separate on your eye and go in two differet directions not a good look at all. It also doesn’t come off very green either. It is also far from creamy it is very dry feeling and hard to work with.

Aurora Intensely Precise Eyeliner in Espresso this was a good eyeliner pigmented and smooth but the color is too light for the types of look I do and I don’t really like brown eyeliner.

Ciate London Eye Lustre Cream Shadow In Cupid this is nothing like the Stila liquid shadows this is mostly glitter and pretty quickly it broke up on my eyes and as highlighter leaving no color and a lot of glitter just kinda sliding around.

Morphe Liquid Lipstick in Bloodshot gorgeous color but patchy and smeary and wore of weirdly from just talking super unfortunate I loved the color and packaging.

Apocalyptic Beauty Holographic Warpaint in Sleek White Gold this was just ok and then it dried out. It was pretty like a cool shimmery gold veil of highlight but wore off very quickly this was like cool photo highlighter and not like do your makeup and go out kinda highlighter. I did use about half before it dried out which I still think is a pretty good accomplishment.

Ulta Professional  Flawless Prime I am pretty sure this isn’t sold anymore and I have no interest in trying it and it was one of the primers keeping my drawer from shutting so it got booted. It is also green and I don’t love green primers.

I am proud that I used a bunch of chapstick and full size products this month and got a bunch of things I don’t need or like out of my life.

What’s In My Trash? July 2019

Well July was a month I took a really hectic drive across country with my best friend and had a fucking blast but because of that I hardly used up any products and barely have any pictures because I was much more focused on living life this month then anything to do with this blog its really been a crazy up and down summer for me and like I just need a break from everything. So you know what ever just gotta keep on doing because as much as I want a break that is not in the cards for me.

Skincare (7)

Skin Food Black Sugar Mask this is not the kind of mask I generally like it is super sticky and and sugar granules that are really hard to wash off. This did make my skin feel and look a lot more clear after I used it. So even though I didn’t enjoy using it it did make my skin look nice.

Clinique Pep-Start Eye Cream I don’t like this eye cream I feel like it doesn’t do anything and the applicator is really annoying to use.

Primary Raw Do You 2 Step Milk Peeling Kit this did nothing. I am not even sure what it was supposed to do. So pointless.

MidFlower Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Sheet Mask this felt really nice on and it fit my face really well. I enjoyed it but I have too many sheet masks and this seems pricey for me at $2.50

L.A. Fresh Really Pretty O.G Makeup Remover Wipe got this free some place it didn’t even take off all my LIGHTLY tinted sunscreen so this is a no. I have tried a few L.A. Fresh generic makeup removing wipes none of them are good.

Sunday Riley Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream I REALLY liked this cream I don’t know if it really qualifies as a moisturizer but it feels like my skin looks and feels brighter after I use this cream I really like it a lot.

Repurchase: Maybe, it is expensive

Nyx Honey Dew Me Up this never worked on my face I found it too sticky and it never sank in so I ended up using it as a neck and chest moisturizer and weirdly enough I loved it as that I thought my chest blemishes cleared up a good bit while I was using this. It is much to expensive though $9 for a third of an ounce is absurd.

Crabtree & Evelyn Verbena Lavender Conditioner I used this to shave I like hotel conditioners to shave when I am traveling because it is quick easy and there. This smelled nice.

Axe Phoenix Antiperspirant I don’t like the scent of this and I don’t feel like it works well I feel like it wears off after a few hours. But These little travel ones were on clearance for so cheap that I couldn’t pass them up for traveling. I can suffer through.

Bath and Body Works Wallflower in Key Lime Pie I loved this so much it smelled so good it smelt like a light and fruity and lime but with a bit of sweetness I loved it so much.

Repurchase: Yes

Bath and Body Works Hot Cocoa and Cream Mini Candle my favorite candle scent ever. I prefer the full size candles to these minis though so probably won’t repurchase the minis.

Bath and Body Works Orange Creamsicle Candle this did not have a strong enough throw for me. I wanted more orange and more vanilla.

Fortune Cookie Soap Company Wax Tart in Pink Ladies I finally have used up the last of these this was too floral for me to truly enjoy but not so floral that it was unusable. I am glad that it is done though. FCS waxes burn for along time so I do really like them.

Softlips Lip Protectant in Tropical Coconut I loved this this is the first Softlips chapstick that I truly enjoyed this smelled and tasted so so good. I love that warm coconut sunscreen type vibe. This also felt really nice and smooth on my lips.

Makeup (1)

Stila Huge Extreme Lash Mascara one of my most favorite mascaras it gives a lot of volume and curl and length and it is really black and thickening I love it.

Perfume (2)

Juicy Couture Mini Spray La La got this with a purchase of another perfume and just used it up in a few days on a trip. I like La La a lot it is one of my more favorite Juicy Couture Perfumes.

Givenchy Very Irresistible this didn’t give me an allergic reaction despite having rose in it but it did give me a headache so I would not wear again.

AG Cleansing Cream I like this cleansing cream enough to use it while I am traveling but I don’t feel like it does enough for my hair to want to purchase it in a full size.

Body Prescriptions Micellar Foaming Cleanser I did not like this at all it felt very stripping on my face but also like it wasn’t cleaning at the same time. Just kinda sucked.

Pur Big Look Waterproof Mascara ugh this is awful it looks like nothing on my lashes it smudges horribly and because it is waterproof it is really hard to take off despite the fact that is smudges.

Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Kohl Kajal Eyeliner Trio Green Eyes (Purple) could this name be any longer? This comes in a three pack with a green and a black I believe. The color is super pretty this nice bright shimmer purple but it takes a lot of pressure to apply and it smudges and fades off relatively quickly and I just can’t find a way to make it work for me.

Sugar Contour De Force Mini Highlighter in 01 Champagne Champion this is fine but I have so many highlighters and this just isn’t special enough for me to keep it is just an average champagne highlighter. Kiko Long Lasting Stick in 25 I love these eyeshadow sticks and they stay creamy a really long time and they don’t crease or get weird on my eyelids. I just am not into this really light grey/taupe color anymore I legit have this in like ten other colors though.

So very few things used up this month but that’s ok I know August will be better.

Sorry this is so late this month. I lost my dog my little best friend a total bright spot with a giant personality and I have just been missing him to much to really do anything extra right now. Any one who has ever lost a pet understands. I am just so sad right now.

South Mane Eye Gels I really enjoyed these and this was my last pair I got them in a Boxycharm awhile back. These were really hydrating and stay on my face really well as I was walking around and doing things.

Sweet & Shimmer Face & Body Mini Wipes in Frosted Berry I love these for swatches they take off swatches really well and they smell great I always pick these up for that purpose probably always will. I also love that they are mini size so I don’t feel like I am wasting anything because you don’t need giant wipes for swatches.

Repurchase: Yes

Patchology Clear Skin Sheet Mask this felt nice and smelled nice and felt soothing but it didn’t clear my skin this is not worth the price at all. I kinda feel like any sheet mask that claims to do anything other then moisturize, brighten or soothe doesn’t actually work.

Bath and Body Works Face & Body Mist this is from the water line that was alcohol free. I liked the smell of this it was and it was a nice refreshing face mist. It didn’t rock my world but I liked using it.

Make Dual-Phase Eye Makeup Remover I never used this to actually remove my makeup I used it on Q-Tips as a way to clean up and touch up mistakes while doing my makeup it was good at that and didn’t leave an oil gross residue on my face.

Fresh Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask this makes my skin really kinda greasy I don’t love it. Maybe if you have really dry skin but I didn’t like it that much. I had to just use it on drier spots.

Pur The Grinch Mask Sampler Glitterally Gold I legit have no feelings about this mask I just was not impressed by any of them and don’t think they were worth it.

Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb I really liked this it was very moisturizing. I don’t feel ike it hase much in the way of treatment or anti-aging but feels really nice and cool and hydrating and I liked that. I feel like the Neutrogena HydroBoost Eye Get is a total dupe for this and I like the packaging of that better so I would buy that over this especially for the price. I will happily use all the samples I have of this though.

Peter Thomas Roth Acne Clearing Wash this is fine as an acne wash didn’t leave my skin overly dry and had a nice light lemon scent but I don’t spend money on pricey face wash I think that is silly since it is in contact with your face for so little time that any drug store face wash is just fine.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel I like this moisturizer a lot it is great but I was flying and this wasn’t quite hydrating enough for how that kinda of plane dehydration but that’s ok normally this is a great moisturizer for oily skin.

Repurchase: Yes

Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer I tried to use this as my sunscreen on my face since it has spf 30 it broke me out as a lot of sunscreens do so no go for me though still used it up because I only brought a few sample sizes to try out.

Aveeno Absolutely Ageless Daily Moisturizer this had a weird scent like blackberries mixed with florals. I didn’t like it.  It also broke me out like the other Aveeno one.

Supergoop! Superscreen Daily Moisturizer SPF 40 PA+++ I like super goop sunscreens they don’t break me out they don’t smell weird but they can be kinda heavy and this one was very thick and heavy I don’t like that.

Repurchase: No

Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover Towelettes these smell awful like gasoline or something they do work but they are not as soft or as wet as I like my face wipes to be. I have quite a few packs of these because I got them very cheap and they are great for travel but wouldn’t repurchase. They do work fine I just don’t love them.

Bioderma Sensibio Eye Contour Gel I hated this eye cream I hate the the sample couldn’t be sealed it was just an open tip. And I hated hot this felt under my eyes and I feel like it made my dark circles worse this was terrible.

Repurchase: No, Wouldn’t even use it again

Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm I love this with all my heart and soul it is my favorite balm to take my eye makeup off it doesn’t sting you don’t have to tug at your eyes I love it so much. Was so excited to have this little sample I could bring with me.

Repurchase: Yes

Kate Somerville EradiKate Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment this was a decent spot treatment but where it really excelled was it actually made my skin around the pimple look healthier which made the pimple look less bad if that makes sense I don’t think it does.

Repurchase: Maybe

Exuviance Probiotic Lysate Anti-Pollution Essence this made my skin look and feel really blotchy and congested I don’t think this is a good product for me and I don’t even totally get what it is supposed to do.

Repurchase: No

Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Scrub not my favorite facial scrub as I have said here so many times but I will use it when I have samples.

Repurchase: No

Freeman Hydrating Cactus + Cloudberry Water Gel Mask one of my most favorite moisturizers (yes I know it is supposed to be a mask). I like to put this on I a thick layer and it soaks in so well and leave my face feeling so hydrated and plump but not sticky.

Dr. Pedicure Foot Exfoliating Mask this is a foot peeling mask it did its job it peeled and made my feel softer but this peeled off in such an awful way like it itty bitty flakey pieces instead of giant chunks and took a very long time to peel off I would rather the Baby Foot one or the TonyMoly one.

Degree Motion Sense Deodorant Fresh Energy my favorite deodorant.

Fortune Cookie Soap Company Veggie Protein Deodorant in The Captain I like these natural deodorants for when I am not going out or just like running a few errands they smell nice they work well and they don’t irate my skin.

Pink Pewter Hair Ties normally I wouldn’t put hair ties in my empties but when they are this freaking expensive like over 12 dollars I feel like I have too. I really liked these they don’t leave dents in my hair or give me headaches but they also don’t hold my hair up super well and they stretch our really easy these are like the sweatpants of hair ties.

Dove Advanced Care Cool Essentials Deodorant this was actually a really good deodorant. It wasn’t overly scent and it was smooth and worked well.

Sweet & Shimmer Brush Cleansing Wipes (6) these are a game changer for me they made it so that I only had to bring a few eye brushes. These don’t clean them but they get the shadow off so that you can use other shadows and not ruin your look.

Fortune Cookie Soap Hidden Rebel Base Fabric & Room Spray this smells exactly like the Norway Pavillion of Epcot not a scent I am super fond of at all but it is nostalgic and not quite as pungent as the Norway smell so I was able to use it up.

Bath and Body Works Summertime Soda Pop Candle I liked this one a lot it smelled a lot like orange soda and I love orange and citrus scents.

Repurchase: Yes

Bath and Body Works Scent Portable in Pomegranate or at least I think it was pomegranate. I like the scent portables they are alright I like when I get them for free most of the ones I have I have gotten for free I wouldn’t pay for them even though they do last way longer than a little tree would.

Basin Fresh Soap I don’t know what scent/name this was, it isn’t on the website, I bought it in a little value pack that was made of like I assume leftover scraps or messed up cuts so I could try a few scents this one was super cute and bright smelling it was yellow with lots of different colored Mickey heads I the soap. This little ass bar lasted me like 9+ months of hand washing It takes along time to go through a bar soap.

Repurchase: Maybe, but I have a lot of soap right now

Bath and Body Works Wallflower in Lemon & Fig I did not like this it had basically no scent. I find that like half the wallflower scents work really well and half are too strong or have no scent.

Fortune Cookie Soap Company Personal Space Air Freshener this was Mountain Dew Scented so I used mostly on my girlfriend’s stuffs since that is her favorite soda and it was kinda a fun little thing but I am glad it was small because it would be weird to have to use this like all the time.

FCS Lip Balm I don’t remember the scent or even when I got this tiny little guy. It isn’t my favorite lip balm I have ever had from them but it was as moisturizing and comfortable as all of the ones I have from them. This had too much of a dark tint that it was messy to wear and had a very strong scent/flavor that it almost stung on my lips. The scent was really yummy just way too strong for a lip balm.

Chapstick Total Hydration Lip Scrub this was like a nice sweet mint flavor but had a chemically after taste. This was one of those lip scrubs that I feel like you have to chase around your mouth to scrub your lips. Not my favorite type of thing. I really prefer a more solid scrub.

Too Faced Hangover Rx Replenishing Face Primer I don’t feel like this did much for my skin, or the look of my makeup it was like a bit of nothing on the face.

Mac in Extreme 3D Black Lash I never like Mac mascara samples I think the little tubes make the mascara too dry and I hate the sample brushes.

Sephora 12hr Colorful Contour Eyeliner  01 Black Lace this I love but is has gotten to the point where it is too hard to sharpen so I have to call it done. This was so soft and creamy ad black and really stayed in my waterline so well.

Nars Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base in Original this made my eyeshadow crease the more often then not.

Smashbox Photofinish Primer Water this was a great Mac Fix+ type of product but I think I prefer Fix+ to this. This has a funky scent is just a bit tackier then Fix+.

Hempz Triple Moisture Herbal Whipped Body Cream I love the scent of this so herbally and fresh and the lotions are quite hydrating. The frustrating part was that I could not get everything out of this bottle it was so annoying.

Bath and Body Works Hot Cocoa and Cream Body Cream love the scent of this smells like a Hershey bar. I am not a fan of their body creams I prefer their body butters or the lotions but I would legit buy anything in this scent I don’t even care.

Gillette Venus Shower Shave Cream in Vanilla Crème I do like shaving creams to shave with though I do prefer shaving oils. This was ok it wasn’t the greatest and it didn’t give the greatest shave I am not super picky I will use whatever is available to shave with. This had a nice vanilla cream scent but it is too pricey I feel for shaving since it isn’t that great. This came in like a Christmas pack which is how I ended up with it because I would not have purchased it. You are also supposed to be able to use it as body wash too but that just seems like a way to use up your shaving cream super fast so you buy more. And there is no reason why you can shave with like a normal body wash if you wanted to.

Fortune Cookie Soap Company Smuggler Sugar & Spice Body Polish I seem to have lost the picture I took of the bag when I decanted this into a different container because I wasn’t going to keep a bag in my shower and let it melt and get gross. I also really didn’t like this at all I was not a fan of the spicy scent it had and it was very rough and super messy. Like I had to wash my whole shower after.

Spongelle in Papaya Yuzu I love these Spongelle sponges they are so convenient for traveling and there is so many more washes in the sponges then the labels claim. I liked the  scent on the sponge but on my skin it turned a little sour on my skin.

YSL Black Opium Perfume this was nice I liked it. That’s all I really remember about it. I have so much perfume its hard to impress me into wanting to buy something.

Zoella Blissful Mistful Perfume I got a four pack of all different scents of these around Christmas and I am killing myself to use them up because I really don’t like them the sprayer quality is really cheap and the perfumes smell cheap and doesn’t last long at all. I have been trying to layer them with other perfumes or spray them in my hair wear them around the house anything to just get them used up. This had a fresh kinda scent it wasn’t the most offensive of the bunch which is why it got used up first.

Kat Von D Saint Perfume this smells fine nice and light and sweet but I wouldn’t buy or recommend it.

Givenchy L’Interdit Perfume I liked this I like all Givenchy Perfumes pretty much. This smelled like raspberries to me but no one else seemed to think so.

Wen Pomegranate Re-Moist Intensive Hair Treatment this is so pricey that I would never buy this again I will start by saying that. This was a decently nice moisturizing mask made my hair feel really nice. It was great but not $50 great. This pot wasn’t even enough to cover my entire head of hair.

Ojon Damage Reversal Hair Serum this is thick and doesn’t smell that pleasant. I don’t think this did anything for my hair at all. I have another and I will use it but it was not that special.

Bad, Baby Dry Shampoo Pen this was barely enough for one use and it barely did anything in my hair.

Bumble and Bumble Bb. Pret-a-Powder Tres Invisible Dry Shampoo this left such a dull grey cast in my hair and it was really heavy and sticky.

Tarte Maracuja Oil not my favorite oil for hair but it does the job. It is much thicker and dryer then I would normally use but since this is a multi-use oil it is great for travel in case I need an oil for anything else.

Repurchase: Probably Not, Would probably grab an argan oil for this purpose in my life

Declutter (13)

Eco Tools Powder Brush I don’t remember the number of this brush I just don’t like this type of brush but the brush itself is fine. I find it too messy to set with it just picks up the powder to inconsistently when you use loose powder and it doesn’t pick up enough of pressed powders for me to use it for like a bronzer it just doesn’t work for me. I feel like if you bake this would be great at brushing off a bake but I don’t bake.

Mac Retro Matte Liquid Lip Color in Fallen Angel this was from the Kabuki Magic Collection in 2017. I wanted to love this. I love the color that bruised vampy berry is my kinda shade and I love the name. But this wears terrible on me it never dries does really it is patchy as hell, it it slides all over my faces and gets on my teeth like just from breathing not even taling or trying to drink something it was just a bad formula.

Butter London Glazen Eye Gloss in Starlight this dried out but it just never worked for me as an eyeshadow or as a highlighter this was just kinda not pigmented and overly glittery.

Ciate London Highlighter in Moondust this is a highlighter that looks super pretty in photos but doesn’t wear well at all. It has a lot of shimmer/glitter in it but it doesn’t hang together well so all the glitter ended up just migrating all over my face which wasn’t a great look. The highlight portion actually stuck around and was visible for hours and nice but the glitter just made it a hot mess.

Peek Beauty It’s Not Eyeshadow Primer (2) this was a cool little duo that has a black and a white primer in it I actually used the shit out of these for awhile but they are shimmery bases and I like matte bases now and probably will never use this again. I had a back up because I did actually use it a lot and my friend and I both got these in subscription boxes and she didn’t want hers. These are really great quality I actually used about half of it up and we all know eye primers are like the makeup product that never dies I just don’t want the shimmer base look anymore.

BH Cosmetics Brushes (4) these are from a giant brush set I bought like right before I started my blog I was like so excited to be able to massively increase my brush collection but the problem with giant sets is you get brushes that you will never use. These are just brush shapes/styles that I don’t prefer so they are going.

Smoke & Mirrors Mini Holographic Stick in Rose Potion this was too light for my skin tone it didn’t show up.

Crown Travel Brush Set these brushes are pretty awful nothing would pick up on them and they applied everything really patchy and messy these are not good quality they feel like they are plastic bristles.

Samples decluttering seven random foil packet samples that I will not use mostly they are foundations in not my shade I only count these as one item. It’s how I let myself be ok with letting go of them even though I know that I will never use them.
