What is it: Every season Walmart sends a little sample products of all sorts of health and beauty type items. It used to be a free sample box with $5 shipping. But they have now changed it to a $6.98 box with free shipping with the promise of better and more full size items.

Ahh it is once again time for possibly my favorite box and definitely I feel the best value for money and most variety. We have Walmart who never let me down. Plus to get a really great box that I always keep for wrapping presents in which hey bonus because gift boxes are expensive.

Cleen Beauty Avocado Hemp Butter Sleep Mask

So even with the sale price this is more than I spent on the box so everything else is a bonus. I like moisturizing sleep masks fine (i have a million but that is a me problem). I have never heard of this brand but the packaging is quite cute.

Another sunscreen to try out I love little sunscreens they are easy to travel with and they give me a chance to try them out and see if they agree with my sunscreen allergy prone skin so I always appreciate them hopefully this sensitive skin formula will work out for me.

This is from the same line that makes a lotion With a scent I can’t stand and this has the same scent luckily my gf likes the scent and these products so she is super happy to have this for the 2 or 3 uses it will last.

Well I love Wet n Wild makeup but the mascara has never been great for me but this is tiny so I’ll give it a week or so try and see if it is volumizing. But I find Wet n Wild mascara to flake terribly on me so if it does it is getting trashed after one use.

I love anti frizz hair stuff. I will for sure use the cream and probably soon with summer being upon us but I almost never find myself getting around to using little single use shampoo and conditioners so I don’t know if they will get used or if I will totally forget about them.

Listerine Ready Tabs in Clean Mint

These are mints that turn into mouthwash that you can swallow. That seems really useful and I will chuck these in my car for when ever I am out and need them so cool.

What is it: Every month Ipsy sends out a cute makeup bag of samples and full size items. You can review your bag for points that you can trade in for reward items. The rewards change often and the range between 300 points and 1000 points. You can get around 95 points every month.

You can now customize your bag and pick out one sample per month that will get to be in your bag which is a pretty nice change even though it came with a price increase.

This is probably only one or two uses but it is really fun to get a scrub something different in the box for a change. Also I bet this will smell amazing. But I have too many scrubs open to open this right now.

I have tried this once before and it is cool it has powder in it so you have to shake it well but it sets down really nice because of that I am pretty excited to be able to test this out a bit more.

This is very much the Asian style of cc cream where it starts grey and turns into a color as you rub it in. it is very sheer very glowy I like that it has spf in it I will definitely use this.

Boxycharm May 2021 Subscription Box Review

What is it:

Boxycharm sends out 4 to 5 full size items every month which makes it really unique among the  boxes I subscribe to. It is a nice change to get all full size products especially for $25 which is usually less then the cost of one item in the box. Boxycharm also joined the customization train and you can choose between a few items to have one in your box for the month. I really like that because Boxycharm was getting to the point where I was only liking one thing in my box and even though the value was there the fun wasn’t anymore.

Murad City Skin Overnight Detox Moisturizer

This was my choice for the month. This is a newer product from Murad so that is always nice to get new things in boxes. This is supposed to have antioxidants in it to fight against pollution and blue light. Idk how true all that is but I was not oassing up the chance to try a $74 dollar moisturizer.

Skin Inc My Daily Dose of Uplift

I have seen these Skin inc bottles for so long in various formulas but I never knew anything about them. This is an anti-aging one with collagen and HA and Coenzyme q10. so this is really cool but I can also tell I will use this up really fast if it lasts me more then a month I would be shocked it isn’t even a whole ounce.

Beekman 1802 Dewy Eyed Illuminating Eye Serum

Beekman has like captured my interest hardcore. So this was an amazing surprise to get in this box and will 100% be the next eye cream I use after my current one. The Beekman packaging is so extra but so fun and special but also I wish they had a an option to get it with out all the crazy packaging because I know that would bring the price down enough to make it accessible.

Ciate Shadowflip in Ember

This is not nearly as pretty or shift as any that I own from indie brands and it is not as opaque and easy to work with as the Stila ones. This is also tiny so I’m sure I can use it up but like it is very much a let down of a color and formula. Swatched Below.

This does feel really nice on my lips but I am not sold on this color at all. It is very light and weird. But I will see if I can grow used to it since it is so comfortable feeling.
