What is it: Every season Walmart sends a little sample products of all sorts of health and beauty type items. It used to be a free sample box with $5 shipping. But they have now changed it to a $6.98 box with free shipping with the promise of better and more full size items.

Another box with some really large size items.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

I don’t really care for this cleanser but my gf likes it is very simple very basic gentle cleanser.

Nice travel size item to have. The scent is a little too musky for my tastes I will just pass this on I wish it was cloud that one smells so much better.

Covergirl Cleantopia Plant Powered Mascara in 800

This is a newer mascara. I have my doubts about it being good i feel like this vibe of more natural mascara never is that great but the packaging is super cute the shape is unique it has a nice soft feel to it and its worth more than the whole box.

I thought this was a full size package but it is just a sample pack but is more then enough to get the vibe of if you like this kind of thing or not. It also come with mini tweezers that even if you don’t like the lashes still has decent value to it.

This feels like one of those old fashioned type of beauty secret type of products. It says it can be used on face and body I don’t really know what or if I will use this I am keeping it for now while I decide I’m not much of a bar soap person but this is really soft and squishy and has a loofah embedded in it which I find really cool and interesting. We certainly don’t see things like this in boxes ever.

We get curl cream pretty regularly in the Walmart box.

They also sent along a little foundation sampler but I am not counting this towards the item count.

This was a really good box just not a good box for me personally.

Well this was a terrible month for empties thank goodness I had a huge buffer or I would have been in bad situation.

Skincare (5)

Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion SPF 50 this used to be my favorite but I prefer the Supergoop ones now and they are slightly cheaper too as a bonus.

Skin Gym Red Carpet VIP Gold Foil Face Mask this was fine it had a ton of serum in it that I was able to jar up and use for a few days it was really sticky though. Not my favorite mask ever.

Mario Badescu Super Peptide Serum I liked this while I had it it was a nice texture.

Repurchase: Maybe

Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb this is really nice and moisturizing it feels quite nice under my eyes but it doesn’t have any anti-aging benefits so even though I quite like it I wouldn’t want to use it long term.

Tony Moly I’m Aloe Sheet Mask these are nice. They don’t do anything special except be cool and moisturizing but sometimes that all you need.

FCS Spa Mist in Fresh Start this was fun you spray it into the stream of the shower and it makes it kinda smell spa like and it is really nice.

Repurchase: No it was a nice treat but not needed

Yuni Shower Sheets I keep these in my car and travel bags to use as wet wipes and body wipes and what ever I need them for they are really nice and big and thick and smell nice but they are super wet so not the best if you get anything like messy or sticky on your hands or something.

Home Scents (2)

Bath and Body Works Cereal Marshmallow Bar Candle one of my favorite candles ever the scent was amazing and the scent throw was also amazing. I forgot to take a picture of this and threw it out sorry.

Repurchase: If they brought it back yes

Lichen & Limestone Candle in Aces this was very dark academia scent vibes and the crackling was really nice. I don’t really like these candles though because the wicks are never set properly so when you get to the last 1/3 of the candle the wick starts moving around and it ruins the candle you can’t burn it because it isn’t really safe to do so and that’s a real shame.

Lip (1)

Essence Lip Care Lip Serum this was sticky and it didn’t sink in and I really just didn’t care for it at all. Also the wand is shorter then the tube so you can’t reach the bottom.

Repurchase: No

Makeup (1)

Lancome Lash Idole Mascara this was fine it dried out super fast though. It didn’t make my eyes itchy like a lot of lancome mascaras do. I prefer a natural bristle brush not the rubber ones so this is not ideal for me.

FCS Aloe Me Whipped Cream in Namastay Home this was really nice summer lotion super light nice light scent cooling. Really nice.

Bodycare (2)

By/ Rosie Jane Everday Body Oil in Wake the F*ck Up this was a nice body oil it was extra greasy but it did soak in really well and quickly the scent was also really nice it came out a lot more in the oil then in the body wash.

Repurchase: No too expensive

Soap & Glory The Real Zing Body Scrub this was a good enough body scrub I liked the texture I liked the scent I like the Tree Hut ones more.

Repurchase: No

Clean Classic Rain this kinda smelled like laundry it was too light and clean for my tastes.

Declutter (1)

Ulta Beauty Pixar Finding Nemo Body Lotion in Berry Sorbet I really couldn’t stand the scent of this it was more floral and powdery then berry.

This was a terrible month the 3absolutel worst paid versus spent ratio and the second least used items and second least value. Not great. I am still on track to hit my goals for the year and hoping to really use alot over the next few months.

What is it: Every season FabFitFun sends 6 to 8 items valued at $300+. Annual members get to customize their entire box as well as the option to swap out for credit to shop with instead of getting a box. Annual members also get add-ons and faster shipping and earlier access to customizations.

Seasonal Members get to pick 4 of their items as well as the option to swap out their box for credit to shop with as well.

I wasn’t super thrilled about the options this season it felt like a mish mash of leftover items and then I totally forgot all the things I picked. But now that it is here I am actually pretty excited about it.

I don’t really love the frank body scrubs they are so messy and I hate having to wash my shower after I take a shower. .They usually smell really good though this one is a chocolate cake coffee scent so that should be nice.

Unfortunately I thought this was the clear one when I choose it. I would not have choose it if I had know this was a tinted one I don’t prefer tinted balms but I will use it all the same because I have it.

Vegamour Gro Dry Shampoo

I picked this solely because I am almost out of Dry Shampoo. I see ads for Vegamour all the time but its always seemed shady to me so now I will get to see for myself. This is supposed to make your hair look thicker and fuller too.

Alex + Ani Emerald Flex Cuff

I bought this thinking I was going to give it away as a gift but it is actually really cute on and I am definitely going to keep it. It is adjustable but pretty small and stiff which is ideal for me but might be problematic for most people so that is something to keep in mind.

Short Stories Travel Blanket

I picked this because I always like the idea of a travel blankets but they are never right too big to pack right not soft all sorts of things. Now this is pretty ridiculous at that price point like crazy this is super soft but pretty small and thin so I will have to see how i get on with it on my next trip. This is also a repeat item that Fab Fit Fun has done before which is I don’t know how I feel about that.

Little Korboose by April Nemeth Woven Throw Blankey

I don’t remember choosing two blankets that’s pretty dumb on my part this isn’t soft it feels like canvas something that should be outside.

Every now and than Fab Fit Fun will throw in a random promo item as like a little ad/bonus. With cold season rapidly approaching this will be nice to have on hand. Ricola stuff usually tastes pretty good too.

Well I ended up being happier than I though I was going to be with this box even though the choices really sucked this season and the prices are ridiculously overinflated for the 2 blankets.
