What is it: Every month Ipsy sends out a cute makeup bag of samples and full size items. You can review your bag for points that you can trade in for reward items. The rewards change often and the range between 300 points and 1000 points. You can get around 95 points every month.

You can choose one item in your bag every month which I really like. I will say the quality of the actual bag every month isn’t as consistent or as good as they have been in years past.

Well this was a much better month then last month.

This was my pick for the month I like to have a more natural deodorant around so this seemed like a good choice. It is also worth more then I pay for the month though I think that is pretty absurd for a deodorant.

I love Complex Culture Brushes I don’t really know how I feel about the makeup. The Aesthetic is great here and the metallic nude side is really pretty but the plum is pretty meh more of a brown then a plum.

This is not a highlighter color for me. I am not really into these gold/bronzey highlighters I will pass this along.

I feel like I had this in the vanilla flavor before and I think I didn’t like, but also I am not 100% sure of that. I have a hard time with lip scrubs they take me so long to use and I forget alot. But I’ll cut this in the stash.

What is it: Every season Walmart sends a little sample products of all sorts of health and beauty type items. It used to be a free sample box with $5 shipping. But they have now changed it to a $6.98 box with free shipping with the promise of better and more full size items.

I love this box the variety is great the usability is great the price is great.

Alaffia Authentic African Black Soap Scalp Care Shampoo

I don’t use scalp care shampoos because they tend to be really harsh on my color and fade them alot but this is a really great thing to get because if you don’t have a dry itchy scalp this is a nice small thing to have around in reserve in case something crops up and you need it with out having to run out and buy it.

This is super cool. These got really popular a while back and I have wanted to try them ever since they are like pedilyte packets but for adults. They give you electrolytes and increase you’re ability to absorb hydration when you are dehydrated which I want in my life for sure.

Lip Bar Vegan Liquid Matte in Bawse Lady

This could not be a prettier shade of red and it is FULL SIZE Walmart just out here killing it. This took a really long time to dry you’ll see in the swatch I kinda smudged it because I didn’t realize it would take so long to dry and I am not used to swatching with my left hand. I am just got a new tattoo on my left arm and can’t swatch there anymore. This also left a stain on my skin so I feel like the lasting power on the lips will be great.

Covergirl Exhibitionist 24 Hour Kohl Eyeliner in 400 Gold Metallic

Love that this is a colorful eyeliner and not black! this gold is also really pretty really creamy and smooth and soft. I love gold eyeliner I am really excited about this one.

Always impressed in what I get in these boxes for under $7 dollars really fantastic.

Macy’s Beauty Box January 2022 Subscription Box Review

What is it: Every month you will get a bag, a $5 off coupon (that used to it) with a purchase amount which I hate (SUCH A DOWNGRADE), 5 deluxe samples and 1 bonus sample. Why not just say 6? I don’t get it. Lately we have been getting between 6 and 8 items per month you never really know how many things you are going to get.

All the brands will be brands you can find in Macy’s which is cool since they sell Mac and a lot of other brands that are never to rarely seen in subscription boxes.

New Year all skincare box that’s pretty standard though. I just love that even though Macy’s does do alot of repeats they also do alot of new different things also.

We also got a bag but its plasticky and a bit tacky.

These are very comfortable. They feel really nice I like them I don’t think I would spend $7 on them but I enjoyed using them.

I like this hand cream but I have a super weird relationship with it I swear every tube I get has a different fragrance and some are so floral that I hate them like this one and some are super oceany which I love. The cream itself is super great but the inconsistent scent is weird to me.

See this is super cool I haven’t ever seen anything like this in a subscription and it isn’t something I feel like alot of people would buy to try. This is just like a hylaronic acid serum in little one time use capsules but its super cool I am excited to try it. I am not loving my current Hylaronic acid serum so I may pause and use this up first for the next week.
